U-Seal TK524, reliability and precision
This product is a taconite u - seal TK524. It consists of 2 rings (fixed and rotating) which form a narrow baffle between the 2 rings to prevent solid and/or liquid contaminants from entering.
The rotating baffle ring carries a seal called a V-ring, which seals against the fixed baffle ring.
This V-ring seal prevents contaminants from entering the housing and eliminates contamination and old grease.
