📦Return policy and right of withdrawal 

Private Buyers (Consumers)

👉 You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. 

To do so, log in to your account, submit a return request and follow the instructions. Products must be returned: 

- In their original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, packaging undamaged)

- With all accessories, instructions, labels, etc.

- With the return slip

👉 You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the products, if we accept your return, you will be refunded for the products.

Professional Buyers

👉 No right of withdrawal for professionals. 

Returns are only possible: 

- In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity

- If the complaint is made within 7 days of receipt

👉 Products must be returned in their original condition, with all required documentation. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

 🎁 PRODUCTS OFFERED / BUSINESS GIFTS

When an order includes a free gift, no product returns will be accepted, whether for a refund or an exchange.

The benefit of a product offered implies the customer's express acceptance of this condition.

No return requests can therefore be accepted for orders that include a gift, regardless of the reason given.
