WHO COLLECTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
THE DATA CONTROLLER
Generally speaking, the company that collects personal data and implements data processing is: TEXIME - PROBOBINAGE, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of €5,000.00, registered with the Valenciennes Trade and Companies Register (RCS) (France) under number 801 683 822, whose registered office is located at 78 Rue Henri Barbusse, 59224 THIANT (France).
THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
When the Customer places an order with a Third-Party Seller on the e-commerce site, the Third-Party Seller also collects personal data in its capacity as joint data controller with TEXIME.
WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES?
LEGAL BASIS
Data controllers are only authorised to use users' personal data if they have a valid legal basis, which may be :
- The performance of a contract (for example to process and fulfil an order for goods or to open and manage a Customer account), or ;
- Fulfilment of a legal obligation (e.g. keeping invoices), or ;
- Where this is in the legitimate interests of the data controllers, or ;
- When the user has given his/her consent.

TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For the purposes set out above, your personal data may be transferred to companies located in countries outside the European Union. Agreements have been signed with each of our service providers to ensure that transfers of your personal data are carried out securely and in compliance with current applicable data protection regulations.
SHELF LIFE
Initially, your personal data is stored securely in an active database - i.e. the data is accessible by TEXIME departments and Third Party Sellers for the following periods:
- If you have never placed an Order on our Site: your personal data is kept for commercial prospecting purposes for 3 years from the date of your last contact with TEXIME and Third Party Vendors;
- If you have placed an Order on our Site: your personal data is kept for 3 years from the end of your commercial relationship with TEXIME and Third Party Sellers. The end of your commercial relationship corresponds to your last Order on the e-commerce site or, if later, your last contact with TEXIME ;
- To avoid having to re-enter your bank details for future orders, you may choose to have your bank cards associated with your online account by ticking the appropriate acceptance box. They are stored securely with the payment service providers. You can consult the list of your registered cards, but you can also delete all or part of its contents. In this case, your deleted cards will no longer appear in your online account or when you place future orders.
If you have chosen to register your bank cards, they will be automatically deactivated when the card's validity date expires.
In order to be able to debit the account at the time of invoicing or to credit it following a return, the payment service provider keeps the bank details associated with the authorisation number for the time necessary to complete the transaction (payments after dispatch of the goods) and to process any complaints (returns, disputes).
- We keep your data relating to your requests for access, rectification, deletion, portability, limitation and opposition rights for 3 years from the date you exercise your right.
- We keep data collected via audience measurement tracers exempt from consent for 25 months from the time the tracer is deposited on the connection terminal;
- Recordings of telephone conversations with the customer relations department are kept for a period of 3 months.
- Instructions concerning the fight against fraud are kept for 3 years.
- Purchase invoices are kept for 10 years.
- Customer and prospective customer data is kept for 3 years.

WHAT IS A COOKIE?
Cookies are small text files stored by the browser on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone, etc.) and which are used to store user data in order to make browsing easier and to enable certain functions.
