Lock or dismounting nut with metric trapezoidal thread
Lock nut HM52T : HM .. T lock nuts are used to locate bearings onto a shaft and as dismounting nut for withdrawal sleeves. They have met<strong>ric trapezoidal threads and four equally spaced slots located around their circumference to accommodate an impact spanner.
They should be locked by a lock washer to prevent unintentional loosening. HM .. T lock nuts can be reused, provided they are not damaged.
Some of these locknuts, in sizes 44, 48, 52 and 56, can be secured to the shaft with an MB lock washer.
